Terms of Service

Effective date: 24 October 2026

These Terms govern all purchases on wetblondies.com, operated by GENAGY Trade Kft. (trading as Wet Blondies; "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these Terms, our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy & Cookie Policy.

1. Seller

The contract is electronic, not filed, concluded in English.

2. Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms apply to Consumers (natural persons buying outside their trade or profession) purchasing streetwear and accessories through the Website. These Terms are drafted for Consumers resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

3. Products, Prices, Availability

  • Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT at the applicable rate.
  • Shipping is shown separately at checkout.
  • Minor variations in colour and measurements may occur due to screens and textile production.
  • The applicable price is the one shown when you confirm the order.
  • Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we refund within 14 days.

4. How to Order

You can check out as a guest or create a customer account. Account creation is optional and free.

  1. Add item(s) to cart.
  2. Enter delivery and billing details — as guest, or by signing in / creating an account (email + password, or sign in with Google).
  3. Choose shipping and payment method.
  4. Review order summary (total, shipping, items).
  5. By clicking "Pay now", you accept these Terms and our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
  6. Click "Pay now" — this is a binding offer.

You can correct input errors any time before clicking "Pay now".

5. Customer Accounts

Customer accounts let you track orders and check out faster. You can:

  • Sign up with your email and a password, or sign in with your Google account.
  • Delete your account at any time by emailing customer@wetblondies.com.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. See our Privacy & Cookie Policy for what data we receive when you use Google sign-in.

6. When the Contract Is Concluded

After you order you'll receive an automatic acknowledgment email. This is not acceptance. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation email, within 48 hours of your order. If we don't confirm in 48 hours, you are released.

7. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept the cards and wallets supported by Stripe at checkout. Payment is due at order. Goods remain our property until paid in full. We do not store card details.

Electronic invoices: We issue the invoice for your order electronically, as a PDF, and send it to the email address you give at checkout. By accepting these Terms and placing your order, you agree to receive your invoice electronically instead of on paper (Hungarian VAT Act, Section 175). If you would rather receive a paper invoice, email customer@wetblondies.com.

 

8. Shipping and Delivery

See our separate Shipping Policy for destinations (EU, UK, Switzerland), carriers, costs, timing, VAT/customs handling, and risk of loss.

9. Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation (14 Days)

As a Consumer in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to withdraw / cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Full process, exclusions and the standard form are in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Key points: you pay return shipping; items must be unused with tags; sealed items (socks, underwear, swimwear) are excluded once unsealed; we don't offer exchanges.

10. Statutory Warranty (Conformity)

  • EU consumers: EU 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (kellékszavatosság) applies. You may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination with refund.
  • UK consumers: your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply, including the short-term right to reject (30 days), the right to repair or replacement, and (if those fail) a price reduction or final rejection.
  • Swiss consumers: your rights under Swiss contract law apply.

For warranty claims, email customer@wetblondies.com with your order number, description and photos. Return shipping for genuine defects is at our cost.

This does not cover: normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or incorrect washing, alterations.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Send complaints to customer@wetblondies.com. We acknowledge within 48 hours and give a substantive reply within 30 days.

If not resolved amicably:

  • EU consumers: Fejér Vármegyei Békéltető Testület (Conciliation Board competent for our seat), 8000 Székesfehérvár, Hosszúsétatér 4-6. EU Online Dispute Resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
  • UK consumers: Citizens Advice (https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk) can provide guidance on cross-border purchases. UK courts also have jurisdiction over consumer claims brought by UK residents.
  • Hungarian Consumer Protection Authority: Fejér Vármegyei Kormányhivatal Fogyasztóvédelmi Osztálya.
  • You may also go to court.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (text, photos, designs, the "Wet Blondies" brand) belongs to GENAGY Trade Kft. or our licensors. No commercial reproduction without written consent.

13. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the price of the goods in that order, except for liability that cannot be limited by law (death, personal injury by negligence, fraud). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or force majeure.

14. Changes

The version applying to your order is the one published when you place it. Updates are published on the Website with a new effective date.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Hungarian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence (EU, UK, Switzerland). You may bring claims in the courts of your EU or UK domicile.

16. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
