How, where and when we ship orders from wetblondies.com, operated by GENAGY Trade Kft.

1. Where We Ship

We ship to:

• Hungary
• European Union — all 27 member states (plus Monaco, which uses the French postal and VAT system)
• United Kingdom
• Non-EU Europe — Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, the Balkans (Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia), Ukraine, Moldova, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican City, Gibraltar, the Channel Islands (Guernsey, Jersey), Isle of Man, Faroe Islands, Åland Islands, Svalbard

We do not currently ship outside Europe. If your country isn't available at checkout, email customer@wetblondies.com — we may be able to arrange shipping case by case.

2. Shipping Rates

The exact rate for your order is shown at checkout before you confirm.

We dispatch via GLS, FoxPost, Magyar Posta, and DPD, depending on destination.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of order confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not working days.

You receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your parcel is dispatched.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are indicative, not guaranteed. Actual delivery depends on the courier and factors outside our control (weather, customs, public holidays).

5. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and damage transfers to you when you (or anyone you designate, other than the courier) take physical possession of the goods.

6. UK Orders — VAT and Duties Included

For orders delivered to the United Kingdom:

• UK VAT (20%) is included in the checkout price. You will not be charged UK VAT separately on delivery.
• Import duties and customs clearance fees are paid by us (shipped DDP — Delivered Duty Paid).
• You pay nothing extra when the parcel arrives. The price at checkout is the final price.

GENAGY Trade Kft. is the importer of record for UK deliveries.

7. Non-EU Europe — Customs and Duties

For orders delivered to Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, the Balkans, Ukraine, Moldova and the other Non-EU Europe destinations listed above, you may be required to pay import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and are your responsibility — they are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

If you refuse to accept a parcel because of customs charges, the parcel will be returned to us. We will refund the price of the goods (excluding shipping and any return costs) once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse.

8. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, refuse acceptance or note the damage on the courier's documentation, then email customer@wetblondies.com within 48 hours with photos.

9. Lost Parcels

If your parcel shows no tracking movement for 10 working days (EU, UK) or 21 working days (Non-EU Europe), contact us. We'll open a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund once the loss is confirmed.

10. Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, you didn't collect it, or you refused delivery without justification, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipping. Re-shipping cost is yours. If we can't reach you within 14 days, we refund the goods only (not shipping or return costs).
