Privacy & Cookie Policy

GENAGY Trade Kft. (trading as Wet Blondies; "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect on wetblondies.com, why, and your rights, under the EU GDPR (Regulation 2016/679), the Hungarian Info Act (CXII of 2011), and — for UK data subjects — the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What We Collect, Why, and On What Basis

2.2 When you create a customer account
Customer accounts are optional and let you track orders and check out faster.

Signing in with Google. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We use this only to create and sign in to your Wet Blondies customer account. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising. You can disconnect Google at any time in your Google Account settings (Security → Third-party connections) and delete your Wet Blondies account by emailing customer@wetblondies.com.
2.3 Newsletter

Unsubscribe any time via the link in every email, or email customer@wetblondies.com. Withdrawal doesn't affect prior lawful processing.

3. Who Receives Your Data
- Hosting: Shopify International Limited (Dublin, Ireland)
- Payment: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland) — acts as independent controller for payment data
- Delivery: GLS, FoxPost, Magyar Posta, DPD — receive name, address, phone for delivery
- Email / newsletter: Klaviyo, Inc. (Boston, USA) and Shopify Email
- Analytics (consent only): Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.)
- Google sign-in (if used): Google Ireland Ltd. — provides your name, email and profile picture to create the account
- Accounting: external bookkeeping service provider for invoice processing
- Authorities and courts when legally required
We do not sell your data.
4. International Transfers
Klaviyo (US), GA4 and Meta Pixel may transfer data outside the EEA and the UK, typically to the United States. We rely on:
- the EU-US Data Privacy Framework / UK Extension to the Data Privacy Framework, where the recipient is certified; or
- EU Standard Contractual Clauses / UK International Data Transfer Addendum with supplementary measures where appropriate.

5. Your Rights
- Access — get a copy of your data.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — subject to exceptions (we must keep invoices for 8 years).
- Restriction — in specific cases.
- Portability — receive data in machine-readable format where processing is based on consent or contract.
- Object — to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent — any time, where processing is based on consent.
- No automated decision-making affecting you — we don't do it.
Email customer@wetblondies.com to exercise any right. We reply within 1 month.

7. Security
HTTPS encryption, access controls, backups. In the event of a breach likely to pose high risk to your rights, we notify you and the relevant authority (NAIH / ICO) per GDPR / UK GDPR Articles 33–34.
8. Children
Not directed at children under 16 (under 13 in the UK). We don't knowingly collect their data.
